Shannon harnesses over 25 years of extensive experience in residential real estate and has assisted 100s of homebuyers and property investors to plan, buy, manage and/or grow their own portfolios. A nerd at heart and with an extensive background in the real estate sector and property law, Shannon’s ability to forward think and create property strategies and action plans have been the foundation of many of her client’s long-term successes.
Shannon is a proud mother who enjoys cooking all varieties of cuisine and her heart is full when her house is filled with her family and friends. She prides herself on an efficient work-life balance.

Simone’s extensive experience commenced with Simone purchasing her first property in Elwood at the age of 19 and she knows real estate from a buyers, owners and investment perspective. A savvy investor at such a young age, Simone quickly gained the respect of agents, clients and her peers. With a strong passion for property and a background in private investigations, Simone harnesses a unique skill set in finding and securing opportunities you cannot find yourself. With 20 years of experience, her negotiation strategies are a force to be reckoned with and quite the experience.
Simone is driven by accomplishing outstanding results and thrives on the challenge of achieving the impossible. Praised by her clients on the detailed journey in which she takes them on, by the end we all feel like family.
Simone is a huge advocate for animal welfare and in her downtime she enjoys spending time on her farm, time with friends and with her son, who also shares her passion for animals.
